Cholan College of Education has set the following facilities: The following are among the facilities set within the college: There is enough literature in the library with over 8100 number of books, 2500 textbooks and 252 reference books. Besides, there are thirty total magazines and thirty total journals, five of which are magazines produced in foreign countries, and digital resources. For practical learning, the college offers academic departmental laboratories, thereby comprising of; Psychology Laboratory, Educational Technology Laboratory, Physical Science Laboratory, Biological Science Laboratory, and Computer Science Laboratory, An Auditorium for occasions and seminars, College Cafeteria and a Health Centre with First Aid facilities, and Sports facilities. The college provides care to the health of the student through the provision of a gym facility while it provides aptitude in the use of technology through its IT provision.
Cholan College of Education offers two primary courses: a Bachelors of Education [B.ED] and Masters of Education [M.ED] programme. They are both day programmes that take two years to complete and whose aim is to produce professionals who can teach at various schools, colleges, and even universities.
