Refund Policy

At Career Plan B, we are committed to providing transparent best-effort process management, guidance, and strategic consultation. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, security deposits, and non-refundable service fees.

1. Registration Fee Refund Eligibility

  • The registration fee shall be fully refundable through the same mode by which the amount was transferred by the client at the time of registration if the counsellor is unable to provide the college options discussed during the registration or counselling process.

2. Security Deposit Refund

  • The amount of the security deposit, after adjustment of any outstanding amount of fee, shall be refunded to the client within 30 days from the date of the final process of admission by the College.

3. Non-Refundable Terms

  • No refund shall be made if the outcome is deemed unsatisfactory by the client based on subjective expectations, personal disappointment, or comparison with outcomes achieved by other students.
  • Partial payment arrangements do not alter the non-refundable nature of fees already paid. All amounts remitted to the counsellor are non-refundable from the moment of receipt.
  • The non-refundable nature of fees reflects the significant preparation, research, and team resources committed to each client from the point of registration, irrespective of the ultimate admission outcome.
  • Requests for refunds on grounds of dissatisfaction, non-receipt of a preferred college, or perceived failure of service shall not be entertained and will not be processed under any circumstances.

4. Scope of Service & Legal Disclaimer

The Client expressly acknowledges that the services provided by us constitute best-effort process management, guidance, and strategic consultation only. Because final seat allocation depends entirely upon external state/central management authorities, merit ranks, and third-party cutoffs.

    1. No failure to secure a seat or preferred college shall constitute a “deficiency of service” under applicable laws.
    2. The Client unconditionally releases and discharges Career Plan B from any monetary claims, statutory deficiency proceedings, or tort liability predicated on subjective dissatisfaction with admission outcomes.
