The college boys’ hostel is on the premises of the college's boys hostel and consists of a magnificent building with an intake capacity of 80 students. The new building is equipped with modern scientific amenities. It has a hygienic co-operative mess, a common room with the latest amenities like TV, indoor games, and an ultra-modern dining hall. It is run on a cooperative basis. The food served to the students is nutritious, purely vegetarian, and of excellent quality.

The College has a girls’ hostel built with ultra-modern buildings with all the modern facilities with an intake capacity of 96 students.

The college has provided the facility of a dispensary to cater to the routine medical needs of the students. A qualified doctor is present during college hours to prescribe basic medicine and give first aid. The staff can also avail of these services. 

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a rich treasure of a well-stocked library that has more than 73000 collections, 6000 e-journals through the INFLIBNET list program, and 3135000 e-books and the library provides 24-hour accessibility. Each floor is systematically arranged with books and has separate reading places for UG & PG students. The college library is equipped with computerized cataloging, classification, circulation, transaction, internet provision, multimedia, CD-based service, audio-video sections, resource material cell, etc. In its peaceful and serene atmosphere, the students can widen their intellectual horizons by browsing rare books, journals, reference books, etc.

The college has Sports and physical education is an integral part of the curriculum at all levels of education. The college has state-of-the-art outdoor playfields, a multipurpose indoor gymnasium, and a swimming Pool. Our sports infrastructure enables and supports students to excel in the sport of their choice. Games and sports give rise to the development of mentally balanced youth with team spirit and sound emotional health. Our students have been actively participating in various games and sports at inter-college, inter-university, state, and national level competitions where they have won numerous awards and accolades. Doaba College provides the following sports infrastructure for indoor and outdoor sports on the college campus. 

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The computer labs of the college have 228 installed computers. The ratio of computers to students is 1:8.12. The faculty has free access to the Internet so that they are motivated to keep themselves in touch with the latest developments in their subjects. The Department of Computer Science and IT has DV Kit-based systems supported by HP server ML 150 G6E 5504 Processor, Intel Pentium-3 dual processor, HP 3200 Scanner, HP 1020, HP 1005, Brother 7065 Printers, LCD Projector, OHP Projector, Digital Touch Panels, etc.

The college cafeteria is housed near lush green lawns i.e. the canteen park. It serves hygienic refreshments to the students at a low price. The eatables served are of the best quality and have nourishing value. A new canteen has been set up near the IT block to give the students a chance to hang out with their friends.

The college has a magnificent Virendra Auditorium is a jewel in the illustrious crown of Doaba College. It is a boon to the students who can excel themselves in various co-curricular activities and channel their energy in the right direction. Its exclusive green rooms enhance the majesty and grandeur, thereby making it a rare piece of architecture. Its spacious hall is built according to standard dimensions. It has a seating capacity of 500 persons and the gallery can accommodate 200 spectators. 

The college has Alumni Association Jalandhar ( DCJAA ) meets regularly and offers valuable suggestions for the development of the institution. It provides feedback about the various activities going on in the college. Renowned Alumnus Late Sh. Yash Chopra used to donate Rs. 1 Lac every year for the development of the college. This Association serves as a link between the college and the society. Its members provide financial assistance to poor students. They also donate books to the college library. They also assist in the placement of the students. The alumni are actively involved in the extension activities of the college. They are invited as Guest of Honours, Seminarians, Judges, and workshop facilitators in various mega events of the college namely the Doaba Youth Festival, National Media Fest Communis, Talent Hunt, etc. 

The College has a Wi-Fi facility.  For learning without the boundaries of the classroom, a wi-fi facility has been provided to all the students on the college campus on their laptops and mobiles as well.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The college has 14 science labs: four in Chemistry, three in Physics, five in Biotechnology, and one each in Botany and Zoology. These labs ensure the smooth conduct of practicals during the session and in exams as well.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has many students from the nearby rural belt. For this, the college has three buses to facilitate the movement of the students. One route caters to Bhogpur, Tanda, Alawalpur, and Adampur areas. The second route is along Kartarpur and adjoining areas. The third is along Jalandhar Cantt, Rama Mandi, and adjoining areas. 

The college has a branch of Indian Overseas Bank which offers all kinds of banking services to the students and faculty members. College fees or any other financial transactions between the college and the students may be remitted through the bank. The ATM facilitates easy withdrawal of money. It is a great convenience for the students especially those staying in the hostel.

The placement and Industry Interface Cell of Doaba College plays a vital role in building Industry-Academia relationships. Our team is shaping the careers of young aspirants with our dynamic and innovative approach. The placement and industry interface cell functions around the year and 24/7 to facilitate graduates and post-graduates to become industry-ready. In this regard, the cell provides on-campus mentoring and counseling sessions, guest lectures/seminars/workshops by industry experts, hands-on experience through simulation and experiential learning modules, and real-time experience by having industrial training and visits. Thus, we are very successful in building good statistics by having ample and quality placements in India and overseas. The placement and Industry Interface Cell is closely working with the District Bureau of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DBEE). We have conducted many activities in collaboration with DBEE to cater to the needs of job seekers and creators. Because the motive is not ending with job placements, we are also encouraging students to join vocational and skill development training programs to become budding entrepreneurs to contribute and support the campaign of the Government of India under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi i.e. ‘Atam Nirbhar Bharat’.
