The institute has all courses under the pharmaceutical field beginning with the undergraduate to the postgraduate level. JIPS offers 4 courses, One undergraduate programme – B.Pharma, one post graduate programme – M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmaceutics, and five and half year programme – Pharm. D.

The total admitted approved intake for all the courses is 175 and maximum intake for B.Pharma is 100.
