Kartar Memorial College of Education, Hisar was established in the year 2007 as a co-educational college of education. It is located at Bass Badshahpur, 10 km off NH-10 in Hisar, Haryana. The affiliated college has been granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education. This college, situated on a small campus of 0.875 acres, total enrolment of 247 total students.
