Located in a 10.47 acre land, NGCE is a conglomerate of engineering and management discipline. University is certified by National Assessment and accreditation council (NAAC) and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The overall student intake is 452 and at present; the faculty strength of NGCE is 148 which offers effective teaching atmosphere. Indeed the campus has aseparate amenities for students and these include hostels for boys and girls the students are provided withcomfortable accommodation, they are also provided with tasty and healthy meals. A cafeteria, sports facilities, and a gym are the bonuses for student’s balanced life.

The college also possessed a good IT facility and there is a Wi-fi facility all over the college campus.Currently, the institute has various degree courses in its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. These are BE courses offered in specific fields of engineering for instance computer engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical and communication engineering. Located at the post graduate level, NGCE provides ME Specializations in Applied Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, VLSI Design, etc.

The college also delivers MBA and MCA course. The sanctioned admission capacity for all courses is 452 students, while for the BE in Computer Science and Engineering it is 120.The admission policy of NGCE is merit base, and it follows directives of Anna University as a standard university in the country. The college accepts transfer certificates from standardized academic exams such as GATE, CEETA-PG, and the TANCET.

Generally, these tests are administered during the first half of the academic year, and admissions are made soon after. The physical facility, namely the NGCE offers enough opportunity to the students to represent their college in inter collegiate games conducted by the Anna University. These programmes are offered NGCE admission based on the merit of the state-level engineering entrance examination. The B.E. programme in Computer Science and Engineering has the maximum intake of 120 seats.

NGCE B.Tech Admission ProcessThe college offers a B.Tech programme in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for an intake of 60 students. This would follow similar NGCE admission procedures to the B.E. Programmes.NGCE M.E.

Admission ProcessNGCE offers an M.E. specialisation in Applied Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, VLSI Design, Structural Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, and Manufacturing Engineering. Admission opportunities are widely available with a large number of programmes in engineering and management that range from undergraduate to postgraduate.NGCE admission process generally starts in the first half of the academic year, after the conduct of standardised entrance exams for NGCE admission to undergraduate engineering programmes based on the state-level entrance examinations. For postgraduate NGCE admission, among the factors that are taken into account are the GATE eligibility exam and some other entrance examinations, such as the CEETA-PG and TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test).For undergraduate programmes, candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board.

On the other hand, master's candidates need to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.NGCE Application ProcessThe application procedure for NGCE is given below in a detailed manner to make it easy to understand:The first step to apply is to go to the NGCE official online application form.Select the desired programmes and fill out the application with correct personal and academic details.The documents to upload would generally be required for document verification at the time of NGCE admission.The application fee must be paid online by way of the mentioned payment option.The duly filled application form may be submitted, and a hard copy should be kept for future reference.For NGCE admission into undergraduate programmes in engineering, the counselling at the state level will be conducted at NGCE among those who are shortlisted by the entrance examination score.For NGCE admission to postgraduate programmes, any shortlisted candidates may additionally have to appear for tests/interviews at NGCE.If admitted, NGCE admission process will need to be completed by the payment of the requisite fee and the submission of original documents for verification.Shortlisted candidates must follow approaches regarding the status of their application, important dates, and procedures with updates.NGCE Degree-wise Admission ProcessTo accommodate the unique requirements of each programme, NGCE admission procedures may differ. programmes: Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Automobile Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. These programmes are offered NGCE admission based on the merit of the state-level engineering entrance examination. The B.E.

programme in Computer Science and Engineering has the maximum intake of 120 seats. NGCE B.Tech Admission ProcessThe college offers a B.Tech programme in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for an intake of 60 students. This would follow similar NGCE admission procedures to the B.E.

Programmes.NGCE M.E. Admission ProcessNGCE offers an M.E. specialisation in Applied Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, VLSI Design, Structural Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, and Manufacturing Engineering.

NGCE admission procedures for these programmes consider the GATE scores and might include additional tests or interviews. Each of the M.E. programmes has an intake capacity that ranges from 8 to 16.NGCE MBA Admission ProcessThe intake for the MBA programme at NGCE is 90 students.

NGCE admissions are based on the TANCET scores, following which a selection process has to be undertaken.
