The library is spacious with comfortable seats and value-added services that help in acquiring knowledge like subscription books, references, international journals, magazines, newspapers, and latest edition books – all these are available related to the paramedical, medical, and nursing fields. The internet facility is also an attraction here. More than 30 national and international journals are available. There Is a separate digital library for the students and faculty.

Facilities for Indoor and Outdoor Games: Outdoor Games: Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho Indoor Games: Table Tennis, Badminton, Chess and Carrom. Other Athletic Events The college organized various indoor and outdoor sports events periodically as per the college calendar to instill gamesmanship and spirit in the students. The students are encouraged to participate in SNA sports events and other inter-collegiate sports competitions.

The college possesses a separate Audio Visual room and is maintained with the latest multimedia facilities like laptops, LCD Projectors, Compact discs, Slide Projectors, VCD players, VCR and Colour Television MP3 Players, etc.

Classrooms are thoughtfully designed to inculcate a sense of discipline and high-quality learning equipped with teaching aids such as LCD, overhead projectors etc. A very comfortable environment in the lecture halls makes learning a unique experience. Students regularly conduct various formal & informal activities in the lecture halls.

Nursing Foundation Lab: To provide comprehensive nursing care to the clients admitted in the hospitals, students will be given preliminary training in patient care at the college laboratory. RITCON has excellent Nursing Foundation Lab with dummies, CPR simulator to give hands-on practice to each student. Anatomy and Physiology lab: Anatomy & Physiology Lab have a human skeleton, specimen, models of human body parts, and charts to provide real-life experience. Community lab: The community lab is well equipped with necessary equipment like community bags, posters, and charts required for community posting. OBG and Paediatric lab: OBG and Paediatric Lab are provided with baby dummies, play items, relevant charts & posters, and delivery simulators, so that it gives first-hand experience to the learner and at the same time makes the learning interesting. Nutrition lab: Therapeutic diet plays a major role in the early recovery of the patients. Students will be given training in Nutrition and Dietetics during their courses of study. The nutrition lab has models of fruits & vegetables and charts. It is equipped with modern amenities for practicing different cooking methods.
