School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, was established in the year 1972. It is in Hamdard Nagar Delhi and it has become a reputed institute and a centre of excellence in pharmaceutical education. The school provides 15 courses at four levels of degrees in pharmacy and professional interest areas. College Infrastructure
The infrastructure at Jamia Hamdard is very good, especially for pharmacy students. There is plenty of space in the classrooms, and most of them have smart boards and projectors. The labs have all the tools and chemicals they need, and they are kept in good condition. The central library is one of the best places on campus. It has a lot of books and journals and is a quiet place to study. The campus is clean, green, and well-kept. The hostel’s amenities are good, the rooms are clean, and the food in the mess is safe to eat, though it could be better at times. In general, the infrastructure is very good for both academic and practical learning.

The college has a dedicated Library for the candidates of the Academy. Newspapers, periodicals, books, and notes for civil services are available in the library. The library is kept open for 20 hours a day on all days of . Candidates can also avail the facilities at the Central Library of the University.

The boys and girls teams in basketball and volleyball participated in inter-zonal tournaments organized by the Association of Indian Universities. The cricket and football teams have also participated in inter-university tournaments organized by the Association of Indian Universities.
