Kerala NEET PG NRI, Service Quota and PwD List Status
Kerala NEET PG NRI List 2026: The category-wise PDF also includes an NRI section. However, some candidates have been included provisionally. CEE has allowed visa-validity relaxation to certain candidates who uploaded a sponsor affidavit. Therefore, their inclusion remains conditional. These candidates must upload a valid visa by the third-phase Option Confirmation deadline, once announced. Otherwise, their provisional status and NRI quota allotment may be cancelled.
Kerala NEET PG Service Quota List 2026: Meanwhile, the Service Quota List is still awaited. CEE will publish it after receiving the required list from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) for Medical Services. Consequently, Service Quota allotment will take place in later counselling phases. However, candidates interested in seats outside this quota should complete their Option Registration during the current phase.
Kerala NEET PG PwD Category List 2026: Similarly, the eligible PwD candidates list has not yet been published. According to CEE, it will be released separately, and PwD quota allotment will take place in subsequent phases. Therefore, candidates applying for other available seats should register their options in the current phase rather than waiting for the PwD list.

How to Complete Kerala NEET PG Option Registration 2026
- Open PG Medical 2026 – Candidate Portal on the CEE Kerala website.
- Log in using your application number and password, then select Option Registration.
- Arrange the available course-college combinations in order of preference and submit them online before the deadline.
CEE will consider only options registered online; options sent by post, fax or email will not be accepted. Add only course-college combinations you are willing to join if allotted. “Kerala NEET PG Choice Filling 2026” is a common search phrase; CEE’s term is Option Registration.
Candidates seeking Minority or NRI quota seats in self-financing medical colleges must register their desired options in this first phase. Inclusion in the relevant category list alone is not enough for consideration under these quotas.

Kerala NEET PG 2026 Security Deposit
Candidates must pay a security deposit at the time of Option Registration.
| Candidate category | Deposit |
|---|---|
| General candidates | ₹10,000 |
| SC/ST/OEC and other candidates eligible for fee concession | ₹5,000 |
CEE will refund the security deposit to eligible candidates after the counselling process ends. Remember, this amount is a security deposit, not the college tuition fee. CEE also warns candidates that rejecting their first allotment or leaving a seat after joining may result in the loss of their allotment or admission and registered options. Additionally, such candidates may lose the opportunity to participate in the second allotment.
